I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer care and interaction
Be responsible for interacting with clients to review incoming requests and determine realistic production deadlines
File sharing handling and ensuring that productions / photos / images are done successfully in time.
Tracks and reports all issues to management.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Good written and verbal English skills.
Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
Be able to work in shifts (morning shift: 6.30 - 14.30, afternoon shift: 14.30 - 22.00, and night shift: 22.00 - 6.30)
Experience in using file sharing sites, customer care.
Highly pay attention to detail and organization.
Flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving skill.
Administration and organization mind-set.
Have the ability to work in a team and organize a group effort.
Have highly developed scenes responsible for the work.
