Mô tả công việc
- Using CAD software to create initial virtual samples designs based on specifications provided by customer or design briefs.
- Participate in training programs to continuously develop your 3D design skills and knowledge of virtual sampling techniques.
- Work closely with footwear designers and product developers to translate design concepts into detailed virtual samples.
- Understand design intent and translate 2D sketches or technical drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Collaborate with the team leader and other designers to maintain consistency in style and quality across virtual samples.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on the virtual samples to ensure they meet all requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in 3D footwear design software and virtual sampling technologies.
- Follow established virtual sampling workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain clear and organized digital assets (3D models, textures, materials) for future reference.
- Contribute to optimizing the virtual sampling workflow by identifying areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu
Qualification / Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and virtual material simulation.
- Good at CAD software specific to footwear design (e.g. KeyShot, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Rhino, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes is also essential.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are critical for success in this position.
