JOB DESCRIPTION
Developing domain expertise in an assigned group of 2 - 3 related industry sectors;
Managing a team of 2 - 4 investment analysts covering the industry sectors;
Coaching and training the assigned analysts to develop their skills;
Implementing periodic industry and stock analysis reports (reports, models, coverage);
Manager Level: To be well regarded in the market as an expert in the assigned sectors with frequent presentations to financial institutions and retail customers;
Assistant Manager Level: Presenting investment ideas and answering questions to retail customers and domestic/foreign financial institutions;
Acting as a bridge between VNDIRECT and customers as well as the investment community;
Ensuring that team members adhere to production schedules;
Ensuring quality of work from team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
Bachelor's degree and above.
2. Professional certificates
CFA preferable.
3. Experience
Assistant Manager: more than 6 years research experience;
Manager: more than 10 years research experience.
4. Work skills
English (fluent);
Identify investment patterns and trends;
Fundamental analysis;
Business model building and due diligence;
LOCATION
This position can be located in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
