- Receive plans, documents from customers, verify import and export data;
- Notify and provide the necessary documents to the cargo handling department promptly and accurately;

- Work according to the assigned plan, work standards, labor regulations and safety regulations;
- Updating warehouse management system (WMS) timely and accurately, controlling inventory on documents;
- Prepare reports and documents on time and accurately;
- Contact customers to promptly solve problems related to goods;
- Making debit to customers;
- Analyze data, make reports for owner and team leaders in [protected info] plan, work standards, labor regulations and safety regulations;
- Updating warehouse management system (WMS) timely and accurately, controlling inventory on documents;
- Prepare reports and documents on time and accurately;
- Contact customers to promptly solve problems related to goods;
- Making debit to customers;

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
- Graduated from college;
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years working of warehouse operation/document;
- Have Knowledge/experience in logistics field is a priority.
3. Skills and others:
- English skill (Reading and writing email/document by English);
- Good MS Office Skill (Outlook, Excel, PPt ...);
- Analyzing & Making report skill
- Graduated from college;
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years working of warehouse operation/document;
- Have Knowledge/experience in logistics field is a priority.
