The Job

Planning and developing IT strategy:

• Determine IT vision and goals for the company
• Develop IT strategy in accordance with the company's business goals and orientation
• Budgeting and managing IT resources

IT operations management:

• Monitor and manage the company's IT systems and networks
• Build and ensure network security and database security
• Handle system vulnerabilities, information leaks or attacks
• Provide IT support services to employees

Deploying and applying new technology:

• Research and evaluate new technologies such as AI, VA, Biometrics, P2P,...
• Deploy and apply new technologies into activities consistent with the company's needs
• Train employees to use new technologies

Cooperate with other departments:

• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure IT effectively supports business and other organizational activities
• Participate in the development of new products and services
• Helps companies improve competitiveness through effective use of IT

Your Skills and Experience

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT field
• Including at least 3 years of experience in the IT field of blockchain, web3 or crypto organizations
• Experience in handling vulnerable systems, information leaks or attacks
• Experience in building a database security system, ensuring the safety and security of the internal information system from being violated
• Experience in managing an IT team
• Experienced in implementing large IT projects

Knowledge:

• Have in-depth knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Have knowledge of network security and data security
• Have knowledge about blockchain, web3, crypto
• Have knowledge about the latest IT trends

Skill:

• Good leadership and management skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Good teamwork skills.

Certificate:

• Having relevant IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CISSP is an advantage
