Main Responsibilities:
As a Workplace Experience Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in:
Event Management: Support the administration team in organizing key internal events, including company picnics, family days, year-end parties, and other celebrations, with the goal of strengthening team spirit and providing exceptional service.
Communication: Develop and distribute engaging content that highlights the organization's activities, achievements, and news, thereby enhancing the internal image of the Industrial Affairs (IA) department within Sanofi Vietnam.
Guest Services: Coordinate logistics for expatriates visiting Vietnam for business, including visa arrangements, work permits, and accommodation.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with various administrative duties as needed, including managing the library, supporting technical aspects of meeting rooms, and collaborating with committees to organize events and generate ideas.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Educational Background: A degree from a Foreign Language, Administration, or Communication University is preferred. Additional qualifications in design and publishing software are advantageous.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience: Prior experience in event organization, design, article editing, or similar roles. Experience as a member of an event organization or administrative team is desirable.
