The IT Infrastructure Engineer (Production Systems) is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the factory's production-critical IT infrastructure
This role operates in a production-first environment and covers infrastructure operations, maintenance planning, patching/vulnerability remediation execution, incident technical leadership, and coordination with HQ to manage core systems
Instead, we support engineers in gaining visibility into the end-user environment, establishing and improving security policies, and enhancing efficiency through automation
