Coordinate with related units to allocate the InsuranceDivision business plan and action plan to the BusinessDivisions, to Regions /Regions, Branches, SalesForces and other BusinessSupportDivisions.
Participate in building / adjusting the items of KRAs /KPIs /Incentive scheme for Regions /Regions /CN /Sales force and sales support force.
