Has a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar field (For internal promotion: at least 2 years of experience as a Level 1 ProjectEngineer at EWI).
Exceeds all requirements of a Level 1 ProjectEngineer.
Provides visibility to project schedule and budget issues and manages escalation and coordinates critical issue resolution with project engineering TeamLead, BusinessDevelopmentManager and VietnamLeadershipManagement.
Ability to use MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Project tools (Smartsheet, celoxis and PLM systems knowledge is a benefit).
