Serve as the technical counterpart in projects: understand CustomerDataPlatform (CDP) architecture, API integrations, data flows, event tracking, and implementation requirements.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies: manage backlog, run sprint planning, monitor progress, and maintain documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Have experience in the software IT environment, with skills in BusinessAnalyst, Testing, or ProjectManagement (understanding project lifecycle and IT terminologies).
Have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPTN1 (or N2 with fluent communication skills).
