Build mobile games from scratch and deliver end to end features (design → implementation → testing → release).
Optimize performance for mobile for both iOS and Android platforms (memory, frame rate, loading, battery, build size).
Develop internal Unity tools to support QA/Art/Design workflows.
Work in rapid prototype cycles; make clear go/kill recommendations early based on goals, market signals, quality and timeline.
Collaborate in an agile team: Hybrid process, prioritizing Scrum methodology (plan sprints, estimate, review, and continuously improve).
Balance quality vs. time to market with pragmatic decisions.
Own testing, with emphasis on performance testing and stability on target devices.
Preferred: Experience in team mentoring or leadership
3 - 4 years as a Unity (C#)
Developer, must have experience in releasing production◦ ready games or major features.
Strong CS/engineering fundamentals; clean, maintainable code.
Hands◦ on experience with: mobile build pipelines, asset management, profiling (e.g., Profiler, Frame Debugger), and debugging on devices.
Clear, concise communication; ability to lead discussions and keep them on point.
