The Job
We are looking for 2 C# / .NET Technical Team Lead with 7+ years of experience.
We are building products for European companies with the latest technologies like .NET Framework and .NET Core, C#, Modern WebAPI, Blazor, MAUI, Azure technologies name a few. On the frontend side, our projects use vanilla JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, VueJS.
Our team leads play a central role in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving delivery across these projects, and directly working with stakeholders in Denmark.
At RITVN, all senior developers and leads have access to GitHub Copilot or Claude Code. We're actively exploring how AI tools can improve not just individual productivity but team-wide workflows, from code review to architectural prototyping to tackling problems we wouldn't have attempted before.

At RANGSTRUP IT Vietnam, you will have chances to:
- Lead and mentor a development team, conducting code reviews and building a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Drive architectural decisions for scalable ASP.NET applications running on both on-premise and Azure environments
- Work directly with European clients to translate business requirements into technical plans
- Push for good engineering practices - SOLID principles, clean architecture, testable design - across your team
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies, keeping the team's stack current and effective
- Work hands-on on complex or high-impact parts of the codebase alongside your team
Your Skills and Experience
Principal to Architect/Manager Level
- Range: $2000 (Principal 1) - $3000 (Architect/Manager 7)
- All required skills of the Senior level.
- Deep technical knowledge
- Project management, lead developer, or architect skills
