We believe in investing in our future leaders today and through a structured, 12-months program giving hands on business experience and a deeper look into our operations, our program is designed to fast track the careers of the brightest, most driven university graduates.
OUR GMT PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Our GMT program is rooted in our culture and company strategy. We achieve this by putting the trainees through an structured experiences related to each of our three strategic pillars - (1) Lead and Grow the Category, (2) Digitize and Monetize Our Ecosystem, and (3) Optimize our Business. Experiences should not be limited to but include exposure opportunities in our Sales, Supply/Logistics and Marketing functions. Trainees should be fully mobile within BU SEA and expect to be placed in a front line (e.g., sales, supply chain) role after completing the program.
3-4 month rotations, with each experience aligned to our three strategic pillars. Ideally in Marketing, Sales or Tech, and Supply / Logistics.
Projects within these rotations that expand knowledge and work on actual business challenges in each of these core functions.

Upon successful completion of the 12-month rotational program, you will take on an entry-level management position in any function depending on your profile, interest and results. You will also receive a mentor from the executive team when you start in your first position.
GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
You should graduate (by 2024) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree. You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (Note: internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
You will need to be fluent in English.
You will need a valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the program in the country you are applying for (Vietnam & Thailand).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Geographical mobility - you will move to different locations during the 12-month training program, and you should be willing to relocate throughout your career.
You are able to start working full-time from August 2024.
