◦ Operate, monitor, and ensure the stability of Managed Services systems
◦ Perform environment troubleshooting when incidents occur
◦ Handle L2◦ level incidents, collaborate with L1/L3 teams during incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve issues
◦ Deploy, configure, upgrade, and continuously optimize systems
◦ Monitor systems using monitoring, logging, and alerting tools; perform backup and restore activities
◦ Create, maintain, and update operational documentation
Yêu cầu
◦ At least 2-4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Engineer
◦ Strong troubleshooting skills, system◦ oriented thinking, and readiness to work in a Managed Services model
◦ Hands◦ on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
◦ Experience operating Kubernetes components, including: Istio, Flannel, OpenEBS, Kubegres, MetalLB, Nginx Ingress, Kube◦ VIP
◦ Proficient in Kubernetes tools: Helm, K9s, OpenLens, Kubernetes Dashboard
◦ Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Percona Monitoring, ELK Stack
◦ Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
◦ Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka
◦ Scripting and programming skills in Bash, Python, Golang, NodeJS, and C# (.NET)
