* Role Overview
Responsible for producing high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations for high-end interior design and hospitality projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the approved design intent.
* Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D models, materials, lighting, and photorealistic renderings for luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other high-end interior spaces.
• Translate design concepts, drawings, and material references into compelling visual presentations.
• Coordinate closely with interior
designers to refine designs and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure high standards of visual quality, material realism, lighting, and spatial atmosphere.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables in accordance with project schedules.
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in high-end hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer/V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, lighting, textures, and spatial composition.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
