Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a 3PL Warehouse Manager ($1900, ID21536)
1. Operational Leadership & Project Readiness
Lead end-to-end site fulfillment, ensuring seamless daily material movement and inventory management.
Drive the setup and implementation of new operational site projects, enforcing lean workflow architectures and robust safety standards.
Analyze operational bottlenecks, lead continuous quarterly improvement plans, and oversee business continuity frameworks.
2. Client Relationship & Service Governance
Function as the principal on-site point of contact, cultivating high-trust partnerships with multinational key stakeholders.
Track service commitments, enforce contractual scope compliance, and conduct structured periodic client satisfaction reviews.
Work in synergy with Commercial and Business Development teams regarding contract extensions, scope revisions, and operational renewals.
3. Quality, SOPs & Regulatory Compliance
Formulate, standardize, and audit site-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job instructions while discarding outdated documentation.
Facilitate internal, client-driven, and governmental regulatory audits, implementing swift Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) measures.
Enforce total compliance with local labor laws, corporate governance policies, and client-specific operational mandates.
4. Resource Allocation & Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Oversee recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and targeted training programs matched with client demand forecasts.
Take complete accountability for achieving annual site KPIs, including EHS metrics, labor efficiency targets, operational cost budgets, and service accuracy.
Leverage Resource Planning Management (RPM) systems to maintain balanced headcount cost structures and maximize operational margins.
Direct subcontractor performance and vendor relations to maintain productivity benchmarks.
5. People Management & Culture Development
Build a high-performance culture grounded in open dialogue, regular Gemba walks, formal recognition initiatives, and constructive feedback loops.
Conduct structured performance reviews, establishing clear cascading goals across all site supervisory levels
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of proven management experience in large-scale warehouse operations, with strong preference for 3PL / Contract Logistics backgrounds. Exposure to paper rolls or heavy industrial materials handling is a strong advantage.
Full professional fluency in English (all 4 skills), with extensive experience facilitating business meetings with foreign client management.
Deep functional proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) logic.
