Mô tả công việc
· Handle the daily planning and monitoring of shipments for the assigned client to facilitate meeting their Logistics KPIs, objectives and goals.
· Own and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and continuous improvement across logistics operations.
· Work together with internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of suppliers is on time as per agreed shipment plan, managing their operational performance, liaising on required action to correct existing issues and mitigate potential risk.
· Manage carrier operational performance and allocation based on agreed KPIs, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and service reliability.
· Secure Freight All Kind /Spot rates on both Sea and Air and organize booking execution across all Origins in alignment with shipment plans and cost objectives.
· Share Air Freight costs and coordinate closely with external stakeholders to manage end‐to‐end shipment execution.
· Continual management reporting related to KPIs including organizing and attending meetings.
· Work towards continuous improvement in the supply planning and promote effective and efficient processes for operational excellence.
Yêu cầu
· University degree in Bachelor Administration / Supply Chain
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning with exposure to a multinational environment.
· Action-oriented, Problem-solving mindset and able to learn on the fly.
· Functional skills: Excellent MS Office skills particularly in creation and analysis of large datasets, and the general understanding of Gen AI communication and task management tools.
· Able to work in a multifaceted organization and a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in English - both written and spoken.
Ability to travel overseas to meet and engage clients as needed.
