Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an A&I Manager, you will be the strategic mind behind impactful influencer marketing campaigns for our high-profile clients. You will:
Lead the Project: Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Curate Strategic Influencer Alliances: Proactively identify and vet emerging and established KOLs who align with brand values and resonate with target audiences. Develop personalized outreach strategies and nurture long-term relationships to champion impactful collaborations.
Oversee Campaign Execution: Manage all aspects of campaign deployment, from budget allocation and timeline management to content approval and performance tracking.
Analyze & Optimize: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive impactful results.
Be a Client Champion: Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing queries, and presenting insightful campaign reports.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and delivery management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and explore new opportunities for growth.
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 1 year specifically managing influencer marketing campaigns.
Experience in the beauty industry is a strong asset.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns, demonstrating measurable results.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices, platforms, and measurement tools.
Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
