HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate and compliant HR operations, including labor contracts, payroll coordination, time & attendance, and personnel records, while strengthening controls and processes to support increasing headcount and expanded plant operations in compliance with Vietnam labor laws.
- Build & Implement Core HR Processes: Establish, standardize, and consistently implement essential HR systems across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation structure, training, and employee relations to support plant expansion.
- Business Support: Partner with management team on workforce planning, productivity improvement, cost control, and capability building to support business.
- Employee Relations & Manager Support: Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances, while coaching line managers on fair, compliant, and effective people management practices.
- HR Governance, Reporting & Improvement: Develop HR policies, standard operating procedures, and dashboards; provide regular people analytics and lead HR improvement initiatives aligned with operational and strategic priorities.
- General Administration: Oversee plant, facility, and office administration, including vendor and service provider management, administrative budget control, regulatory licenses and permits, coordination with local authorities, and the establishment of administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, Psychology, or related field
- 7 - 10 years progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner / HR Manager role
- Strong exposure to a manufacturing or plant environment, with experience supporting plant start‐up, expansion, or scaling operations (chemical, plastics, packaging, film, or industrial production preferred)
- Solid hands-on experience partnering with management on manpower planning, productivity improvement, employee relations, and labor law compliance
- Proven experience building or improving HR fundamentals, policies, standard operating procedures, andproviding facility management and general administration for plant, facility, and office within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Competent in HR processes and systems, project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
- Business-minded and cost-conscious, aligning people decisions with productivity, cost control, and long-term sustainability
- Hands-on, execution-driven, with strong ownership, accountability, interpersonal, coordination, analytical, and issue resolution skills
