2.1. Billing and Invoicing
Issue electronic invoices accurately based on sales orders and established contracts.
Ensure all billing transactions are processed in a timely manner within the accounting system.
2.2. Contract and Documentation Management
Receive, verify, and systematically archive economic contracts and legal documents.
Maintain and organize sales-related records, including delivery notes and warehouse receipts, to ensure audit readiness.
2.3. Accounts Receivable Tracking
Monitor and update daily accounts receivable records in the system.
Track customer payment status to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
2.4. Reconciliation and Reporting
Perform periodic debt reconciliation with customers to ensure balance accuracy.
Prepare accounts receivable Aging Reports and assist in weekly/monthly collection reporting.
2.5. Team Support
Support the Finance and Accounting team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. No prior professional experience is required; we value a strong foundation in accounting principles.
Language Skills: Basic English communication skills (ability to read professional documents and reply to simple emails).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and reporting).
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and honesty.
Strong sense of responsibility and proactive learning attitude.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
