1. Sourcing
- Assume responsibility for sourcing ideal teacher candidates (both F/T and P/T) and teaching assistant candidates (PT) to meet forecasted and un-forecasted needs.
- Develop and actively manage a teacher/ teaching assistant sourcing pipeline to generate a pool of potential teacher and teaching assistant candidates.
- Develop and actively manage strategic relationships with Recruitment Agencies and Recruitment Partners.
- To conduct initial screening of CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
2. Recruitment and Selection
- Interview suitably experienced and qualified candidates.
- For those performing well at the interview, send link to Online Grammar PST and also a copy of the Working and Living Guide.
- Discuss proposed new teachers with either
Academic Manager and/or Franchise, if necessary organize for 2nd Interviews.
- Once a candidate is selected, draft and send the Letter of Offer and other HRrelated documents.
- To ensure that all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
3. Teacher On-boarding
- Collect all employee documents for visa, work pass, and resident card applications, and send them to the C&B personnel for record keeping.
- Send the Teacher a copy of the Teacher Employee Handbook and a copy of their Employment Agreement.
- For teachers arriving into Vietnam, arrange for an airport collection and accommodation.
- Ensure the new Teachers are prepared for their pre-deployment training, retransport to the training location.
4. Other tasks
- To ensure all new employee administration is complete, filed; to include new starter paperwork, checklist, employment eligibility checks, offer letters and contracts
- To advertise new vacancies internally and update weekly basis
- To manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
- To conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process.
- Assisting in organizing and delivering special promotional events, both within ICR centers and in other locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, or Education.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applications, especially those targeting foreign teacher recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn or education-specific job boards).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and cross-cultural environment.
