Take responsibility of an Access Network presale and after sale support engineer
* Presale support:
- Work with R&D team to demonstrate and promote new device functions / features to customer by doing test
- Report to product solution manager
* Project delivery (after sale):
- Follow HLD to do LLD design, do site survey and detailed design for equipment hardware installation, software commissioning and integration
- Guide the hardware technicians to install the equipment cabinet and cable wiring correctly
- Commissioning the optical transmission device, parameter setting according to LLD, do integration to customer network
- Do acceptance test with customer, cutover traffic, put equipment in commercial use
* Network maintenance:
- Critical accident recovery: Quickly judge the nature, influence, and scope of accidents, collect and analyze accident data, and Quickly recover services. ensure the recovery duration meets the SLA requirements.
- Problem resolution: Resolve network problems in a timely and effective manner and ensure the SLA is achieved.

* Job Requirements:
Have a good command of the following knowledge (Fixed Broad Band):
1. Have a good command of advanced Fixed Access Network technologies (for example, GPON, OLT, ONT, WIFI 6)
2. Have a good command of basic Datacom protocols (for example, MSTP, RIP, OSPF, and IS-IS).
3. Have a good command of AN product troubleshooting capability.
4. Have a basic command of medium-level and high-level Datacom protocols (such as BGP, MPLS VPN, and MPLS TE).
5. Have a good command of AN inter-product service interconnection.
6. Have a good command of AN E2E solution planning and design.
* Other requirements:
1) Basic computer skill (Windows, MS Office), AutoCAD drawing or Visio drawing skill is an advantage
Basic and in depth knowledge about OSs and databases: Have a good command of basic maintenance commands of OSs (such as UNIX and Linux). Have a good command of basic maintenance commands of databases (such as ORACLE, SYBASE, and SQL Server).
2) Communication skill: open, enthusiastic, clear mindset, confidence
3) Positive thinking, willing to learn and grow up in the telecommunication domain
* Education Background Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher degree, Major: Computer science , Telecommunications technology.
2. Professional Qualification Grade and Certificates: CCNA / CCNP / HCIA / HCIP / JNCIA or similar certificates
* Work Experience Requirements: 2-5 years. It is an advantage if the candidate has experience working for ISP or Network operator.
* Language: Fluent English or Chinese communication (speaking / reading / listening)
