Cốc Cốc is seeking a talent Account Admin who works directly under Agency Sales Director. You will work with all strong and enthusiastic people in the Sales department to reach all assigned KPI and promote the industry in a great way.
As an Account Admin, you will act as the point of contact for all employees in the department, providing administrative support, preparing reports and managing their queries to achieve common goals of the company and the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Being the contact point from the manager to the relevant departments;
Review the implementation and effectiveness of sales department policies and procedures to achieve KPIs and OKRs;
Support the process of working with customers and other internal tasks: planning, sending credential/quoting; B2B activities, salesforce;
Make reports, forecasts and do research/analysis for more information cyclically and in some other cases;
Perform other administrative tasks: prepare meetings, sales documents, promotional programs, support to organize seminars, customer gratitude events;
Perform other tasks as required by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Required skills:

University degree in economics, marketing, business administration...
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Working knowledge of both MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good English skills (reading & writing).

Nice-to have skills:

Understanding of business, products/service, the market of online advertising
Meticulous and detailed personality;
Proactive and possess a positive attitude;
Dependable and able to work independently;
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
