- Have knowledge of technology trends to handle, be the point of contact, and thoroughly solve problems.
- Recruit and develop the team: responsible for selecting suitable team members and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Priority given to those with start-up experience as the person directly building the company/team where establishing good relationship with key customer accounts.
- Be the person who directly makes correct and timely decisions when faced with emergency situations.
- Risk management, flexible problem solving to make all activities of the organization take place safely and effectively, while creating value and trust for stakeholders.
