Overview
- A Senior Account Executive should be a steadily experienced person in client services and be able to handle a wide range of projects/clients from start to end with a minimum supervisor from the superior.
- Report directly to Account Manager or Account Director and cross report to Project Leaders
Responsibilities
1. Client service:
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights into the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness
2. Concept proposal/quotation:
- Take brief from client
- Brainstorm ideas for proposals
- Coordinate with project team to get full materials for writing proposal
- Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
- Making quotation
- Participate in writing proposals and conducting presentations
3. Project follow-up:
- Liaise between the client and all third parties involved, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Work closely with the project team to ensure client's satisfaction
- Take responsibility for the overall project management and pro-actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project
- Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write MC scripts, program agenda, execution plan...
- Make a task list and allocate the resources to execute the campaign
- Propose/ Choose a suitable supplier for the project. Be creative to drive the cost down in difficult situations without decreasing the quality of the work
- Represent the company at events onsite to take care of clients as well as ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
- Guiding the team to develop storyboards of performances, video clips, visuals following the show content
- Working with suppliers of production, LED screens, AV system, stage effects, Choreographers, Visual designers, Audio producers... to develop event concepts and bring them to the real show on stage
- Report to the client after the projects
- Do paperwork such as contract, payment advance and liquidation, etc.
4. Others:
- Report to Account Manager/ Account Director weekly or when needed
- Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Event Industry that have been done locally or globally
- Keep the Team updated with Competitors' activities or Industry trend
- Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/ Account Director

Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in an event agency
- Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative
- Proficient in verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese, particularly in proposals and presentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
- Good understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients at a high level
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A positive and strong leader
- Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of Staff and projects
