Account Executive (Event/Activation )

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Pitching Period:
Attend meetings with clients to understand their requirements
Brainstorm with the internal teams (Creative, Planning, Media...) to come up with an idea/concept that meets the client's requirements and budget
Write proposals with quotation details and attend the presentation to the client, get feedback and finalize the proposal that meets their expectations;
Perform administrative tasks; arrange and join all the meetings
Participate in pitching, trying to win new projects for the company
Execution Period:
Make a to-do list, Masterfile... and allocate resources to execute the campaign
Following the projects' timeline
Perform responsibly the assigned position when on-site
Act as a bridge between the client and the internal team, ensuring that the communication process goes smoothly and efficiently
Manage work and expenses incurred during the event
Overall Responsibilities:
Summarize costs and send invoices to the client;
Write reports for internal and client after the event; get feedback to evaluate the effectiveness
Maintain contact with all the clients to ensure the highest level of their satisfaction;
Stay up to date with competitor's activities and industry trends
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Education: College or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the full-time same position in event/activation agencies
Skills & Knowledge:
Project management, budget management
Good communication and writing skills, negotiation
Good in writing proposals or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Good time management, well-organizing skills
Professional appearance and personality
Good English skills (both write & speaking)
Personality:
Ready to work for long hours and even OT, under tight deadlines and must be able to handle pressure well.
