Job Description

- Responsible for maintaining and developing existing partner and customer groups.
- Capture information about the company's event services to provide direct consultation to clients.
- Directly manage assigned projects:
+ Monitor the project timeline and report on work progress according to the set deadlines.
+ Manage and track the delivery process, contract payments, receivables, and customer care
activities before, during, and after the contract.
+ Accurately receive briefs on client needs and debrief the internal team accordingly.
+ Develop growth strategies, action plans, and contribute ideas (brainstorming).
+ Complete proposals and budget estimates, present to clients on project ideas and budgets
with the assistance/participation of relevant departments (Operation, Creative, Art).
- Research market trends and industry developments.
- Develop plans and directions to achieve set targets.
- Perform related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

- Graduated from College or higher in the fields of Diplomacy, Marketing, Public Relations, or
Economics.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the event organization industry (Preference for
candidates with experience in Agency companies).
- Good planning skills.
- Ability to analyze industry and customer information.
- Willing to work overtime and travel as required by the job.
- Fluent and persuasive presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor, quick, dynamic, and able to work under high pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good creativity skills.
- Ready and proactive in assigned tasks.
- Careful, performing work with a high degree of accuracy.
