Our dynamic and creative team is looking for an Account Executive with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients.
Take part in a multi-functional team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on a regular basis.
Manage day-to-day client communications, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction and trust.
Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, project timelines and deliverables, team alignment and workflow efficiency.
Handle paperwork, manage vendors, and follow project budgets.
Regularly report on campaign performance and business results, support adding in insights and recommendations to drive success.
Other tasks as assgned by Line Manager.
Candidate Profile:
You should be a self-starter with a positive, "can do" attitude.
You should be level-headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; should be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.
At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling integrated/social communication.
Be passionate about social media, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
Have good account management skill; IMC/TVC/Social/Production experience is preferred.
Attention to detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
Embrace changes and challenges, and be able to handle pressure well.
