Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Executives to collect documents for loan applications of corporate clients.
Understand how to use dashboards deeply.
Support team members to communicate with corporate clients during the loan process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
Build up and serve as key contact for customer's account management.
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Business level English
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
