Account Intern

*Notes: Open for Fresher based on performance: Experience internship with min 6 months at marketing agency (IMC) or related field is a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Developing potential customers
Working with customers to identify needs (brief) and provide solutions suitable to customer requirements
Support in proposal development from research to complete with internal teams
Present and negotiate with the client to approve the proposal/ plan with guidance from superior
Participate in work with clients: meet up with clients, take briefs, brainstorm, research about brand, insights,...
Be responsible for organizing and managing Clients; Internal team; 3rd parties (suppliers/ vendors) ensuring timely completion and quality of work
Control 3rd-party work quality, deadlines, costs,...
b. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Responsible for managing 1 - 5 client accounts/ projects (based on performance)
Participate in with clients at all stages - from briefing, meeting, proposal, pitching, contract to campaign management
Support to make daily, weekly, monthly campaign reports of the project
Proactively resolving arising problems quickly and prepare solutions
Build and maintain client relationships
c. ADMINISTRATIVE
Assist in meeting organization: calendar booking, arrange meeting,...
Prepare paperwork (contracts, internal paperwork,...)
Work with Accountant to follow up and submit papers for the projects
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
REQUIRED:
- Full-time Trainee - Duration: 3 months
- Fresh graduated students in major: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good attitude and positive "CAN-DO" mindset and eager to learn
- Be stable under high pressure
- Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking
- Proactive, flexibility, responsible and unchanging
- Positive "CAN-DO" mindset and eager to learn
BENEFITS:
- Allowance: 2.000.000 - 3.000.000 VND/month (Tentatively upgrade to Fresher/ Junior Account Executive after min 6 months based on performance)
