We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Intern (3-month Agreement) to join our dynamic Account Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the advertising and communications industry, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to the success of our client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the
Account Executive and
Account Manager, including:
Workflow management and tracking
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Project Assistance:
Assist the Account team with the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Support the development of client presentations, reports, and other materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Continuous Learning:
Actively participate in internal training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and develop professional skills.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
Passion for Marketing and Advertising: A genuine interest in the advertising and communications industry.
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Last year students or fresh graduates with less than 6 months of working experience are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
