Job Summary:
As a TikTok agency, our responsibility is to support Global Ecommerce sellers to utilize TikTok as a most effective tool of advertisement. We are looking for an Account Intern to help us expand our customer base to the global market. Responsibilities:
Supporting the Agency Team to plan looking for customers.
Assisting communication with clients to understand their needs and solve them by our product value.
Supporting team to build and maintain relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Assisting resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
Relaying constructive feedback on the platform back to our team to further enhance the platform.
Other tasks from line manager.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
