Job Description
Serve as the Client Lead for the assigned clients, manage account/ project to run such accounts and projects in both account service and account operations.
Provide the best planning works under Account Manager and assist the business development team to win businesses from clients
Be responsible for the performance, the deliverables of such client accounts and report
Deliver or exceed your client's business target whilst delivering or exceeding your income target.
Coordinate for production solution, timeline and cost
Work under supervision with clients to receive clients' request and offer recommendation
Work under supervision with creative team to produce creative works that fit timeline, budget & creative standard requirement
Directly report to Account Manager

Manage customer satisfaction evaluation process and achieve satisfaction rating.
Overall delivery of client briefs through active team management and distribution of workload.
Manage all day-to-day activity relating to the client accounts.
Ensure clear understanding of the client's business requirements and to translate this into clear deliverables for your team.
Seek opportunities to develop more business with your client accounts, selling additional services whenever possible
Routinely review clients with the management team to access business potentiality and profitability of each account.

Job Requirements
Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives
Significant experience in professional client relationship management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
