ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Account Executive is responsible for the state of the agency's relationship and performance on assigned clients. S/He ensures that all recommendations drive our clients' business whilst generating a strong commercial return. S/He is leading excellence in service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working directly with Account Manager and clients, taking briefs, developing a proposal and presenting to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities..
Create and manage project scope and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage project scope, timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
Write client briefs and work with internal teams to produce the best outputs.
Work with other internal departments, such as strategic planning/ creative department/digital media/social media/PR/..., to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
Making reports to reflect project progress including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Account Manager/Account Director and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
A recognized university degree, preferrably in marketing, advertising, digital, PR, or communications.
Minimum of 1 year of agency experience in the Account Executive role.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
Competent at budget management.
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms.
Staying current on advertising/digital/marketing trends.
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
Proven organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
