JOB DESCRIPTION
Main required duties of the Account Intern:
Performing various administrative duties (contacting vendors, payment procedure, sorting documents, etc);
Supporting
Account Manager/
Account Executive in assigned tasks
A genuine enthusiasm for sports, travel, and the entertainment industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Willing to go on frequent travel (by plane, car) for business trips and handle high-intensity workloads during events.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the line manager or the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
Commitment 6 months
Passionate about sports such as football and marathons.
Experienced in participating in or managing sporting events and marathons is a plus.
English fluency.
Basic knowledge of communications and marketing.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Especially Excel, Word, Power Point.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication.
Quick to adapt, proactive and resourceful in handling tasks.
Willing to work overtime when necessary.
