Role Overview
Support the Account team in day-to-day client coordination and project delivery. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full account lifecycle-briefing, scheduling, reporting, and client communication-while learning the ins and outs of agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination:
Draft and send routine client emails (meeting invites, follow-ups, status updates).
Assist in scheduling calls, presentations, and feedback sessions.
Project Support:
Prepare project briefs, timelines, and slide decks.
Track task progress and deadlines in our project management tool.
Reporting & Documentation:
Compile weekly progress reports and basic analytics summaries.
Organize and archive client deliverables, contracts, and sign-offs.
Team Collaboration:
Attend internal kick-offs and client meetings; take clear, concise notes.
Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Administrative Tasks:
Support invoicing and expense-tracking activities.
Help maintain our shared client database and contact lists.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under tight deadlines.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, and willing to learn project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
Eager to learn, proactive in asking questions, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
Full-time Intern period: 6 months (Monday-Friday)
