Client Service
• Understand client demands and solution consult
• Manage the day-to-day relationship and communication with clients
• Schedule and prepare for meetings
Project Management
• Debrief effectively to internal team members
• Project planning and tasks scheduling
• Progress monitoring and reporting
• Direct, measure, and report progress towards project goals
• Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordinating with various parties: Content, Production, Technical, suppliers, ... to deliver the campaign meet client's objectives
• Assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
Paperwork (5%)
• Review commercial contracts and progress monthly payments
