Core Duties & Sales Execution
Sales Execution: Execute business plans effectively according to management assignments, ensuring compliance with company regulations, contract terms, and legal requirements.
Inquiry Handling: Receive and synthesize customer inquiries; verify information for newly assigned leads under the guidance of the Team Leader.
Quotation & Contracting: Prepare company profiles and sales materials; draft quotations and collaborate with the Legal department to prepare contracts and related documentation.
Commercial Monitoring: Review and track basic commercial terms during customer negotiations to ensure accuracy and progress.
Account Management & Customer Care
Relationship Maintenance: Manage assigned customers to maintain strong professional relationships and drive business efficiency.
Support & Engagement: Proactively propose gifts for holidays or special occasions and support ongoing coordination with existing clients.
Liaison: Act as the company representative to exchange information with customers and partners within the assigned scope.
Coordination & Logistics
Visit Coordination: Plan and propose detailed itineraries for customer visits, including factory and port tours.
Logistics Management: Arrange logistics for visits, including gifts, dining, hotels, and transportation, ensuring schedules are followed accurately.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Legal, Logistics, Accounting, etc.) to process orders and resolve arising issues or customer complaints.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Market Research: Update market information from sources such as Argus and Hawkins Wright (HW) as assigned.
Reporting: Provide timely and complete reports to management regarding assigned tasks, order status, and market trends.
Data Management: Store and manage contracts and customer data on the CRM system and internal files.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor/College Degree in related fields, graduation from University of Economics or Foreign Trade University is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
Having worked for a Japanese company is a plus.
Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
Fast learner, Independence, passion for sales
Strong research and organizational skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good time and task management skills.
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
