Job description
We are looking for a competent Activation manager to oversee and organize Activations that'll make an impact to a target audience. You'll ensure Activations're successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
An Activation managers is, above all, a
project manager who understands maketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an Activation to change. And applications for this tech are integral.
Responsibilies:
- Plan Activation projects from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the success of the Activation
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Lead promotional activities for the Activation
- Supervise all staff (Activation coordinators, cateres etc.)
- Coordinate all operations aspects
- Monitor, support and advise on the execution of multiple projects to meet expected revenue and ensure the highest standards of account service and client satisfaction
- Ensure smooth execution of Activation and take proactive steps to resolve any issues that arise
- Developing and maintain professional working relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and internal teams.
- Analyze the success of Activation and prepare performance reports
Job requirements
- Proven experience as an Activation Manager
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques related to Activation management
- Familiarity with suppliers and updated tech applications in the Vietnamese Activation market
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
