Mô tả công việc
Managing dozens of campaigns such as E-commerce, travel, beauty, F&B, etc. of top clients such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Thế Giới Di Động, Unilever, Highlands, etc. with the monthly sale revenue of hundred billion VND
Creating a strategy for new industries, such as E-commerce, travel, beauty, etc
Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly targets
Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Basic working process: data analysis -> identify problem -> build up improvement plan -> propose to client -> close the deal -> execute plan -> data analysis -> identify problem ->...
We are not only optimizing Google AdWords or Facebook Ads, etc. but we also need to develop strategies to become the best Affiliate Marketing channels for clients in Vietnam and control competitors' performance
Negotiating with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our publishers, and for our company.
Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including the publisher management team, Customer service team, technical team, and Marketing team)
Maintaining relationships with clients aims at improving the ads campaign's performance

Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of experience in the Digital Marketing Industry, especially in performance
Good English (must have).
Good communication, sales, negotiation skills
Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a 'must'
Good Marketing mindset; basic awareness about commercials.
Positive attitude, fast learner
High responsibility for work is a 'must'
High-pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
Good English (must have).

Monthly income: 500 - 1500$ (+ Incentive)
Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review
13th month salary following company policies and regulations

Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance will be following Labor Law
Annual travel, team-building activities
