JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning (20%)
● Connect with clients to get project's information & crack the briefs before debriefing to the internal team.
● Preparing, presenting, and selling strategies, communication plans, creative concepts and execution plans to clients.
● Being capable to allocate the budget effectively, judge the quotations and add value to the daily job to control the strategic direction, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to clients.
● Evaluating ideas in the internal review sessions.
Project Management (40%)
● Having overview mindset which is calculated, strategic, creative to manage and operate campaigns/projects
● Managing and coordinating with relevant department personnel to execute & propose suitable solutions. Creating and managing project timing and budgets with all relevant department personnel: Planning team, Creative team, Social Booking team. Planning, Creative, Social, Production, etc.
● Successfully lead the team to run and manage the projects to deliver project quality, good profit, and client satisfaction.Preparing and submitting estimated cost to Line Manager, as well as managing P&L as approved by Line Manager.
● Verifying and proposing recommendations for Cost Estimate, Expense, Contract,...
● Evaluating performance after projects.
● Being responsible for the team's KPIs (Billing and Profit).
● Consulting with clients on project/category issues and providing actionable and proper Marketing solutions.
● Directly reporting to senior levels.
Client Management (20%):
● Being the main daily contact for assigned accounts and projects.
● Earning the trust of clients by delivering dedicated, attentive services.
● Negotiating with clients and internal teams for maintaining the consistency of approved proposals.
● Annual survey to optimize the Client's satisfaction
Team Lead Development(20%):
● Leading, inspiring and driving the team to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement).
● Developing the team by coaching and training team members to improve skills.
● Building the teamwork spirit; making evaluations of performance of the staff.
● Contributing in working process improvement (internal, inter-companies, external).
You ought to lead the process, inspires the team, understands the client's needs, and solves everyone's issues
REQUIREMENTS
● At least 2-3 years experience working in a Creative Agency as an SAE or AAM
● A positive & strong leader
● Good communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
● Good presentation and speaking skills ability both in Vietnamese and English
● Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.
● Have advance knowledge of branding, marketing & social trends
● Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas
● Good understanding & strong working knowhow of social media platforms, digital & production. (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok...) and Influencer as a plus point.
