Our creative & dynamic team is looking for an Account Manager to manage 360-degree IMC campaigns with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
Roles & Responsibilities
Have an in-depth understanding of business issues and clients' requirements to develop brands that address the business requirements, then build a solid, unshakeable, trusted advisor relationship with clients, business partners, and suppliers.
Excellently handle client service to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency.
Be the key person in a multi-functional team to lead the development and implement 360-degree communication plans.
Control the campaign's budget and performance; promptly handle problems that arise during project implementation to ensure clients' satisfaction and profitability for the agency.
Develop case studies that build the agency's credentials and reputation.
Develop the team with an open-minded leadership mindset, train, and encourage the team to perform the best.
Contribute to continuously strengthening and enforcing the agency's culture and values.
Candidate profile
We would like to hear from those who have:
Solid account management skills and experience of working with clients from multiple sectors from a business benefit perspective.
At least 5+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, must have experience in handling integrated communication, especially social and digital.
Keen on detail and be a great multi-tasker.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
Great with people, strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
Good leadership skills.
Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
