POSITION: ACCOUNT MANAGER
ADDRESS: 1st Floor - 12M Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
WORKING HOURS: From Monday to Friday (Morning: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Afternoon: 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Understand client goals, objectives, and requirements.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project completion progress, requirements checklist, quality committed with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, development, and marketing, to ensure projects are executed effectively.
• Create project timelines, set deadlines, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and meet client expectations.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Work closely with clients to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations on various digital marketing channels, such as digital media, social media, PPC, Communication, content marketing, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign ideas, messaging, and creative concepts.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to client budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and bring the best solutions for customers and the company.
• Monitor project expenses, invoice clients, and resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.
II. REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2-4 years experience in similar position in Agency
• Good communication and have good relationships with other client
• Ability to find customers for the company
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Good presentation skills and communication.
• Ability to conceptualize from customers' brief, do creative proposals and make smooth presentations confidently for every marketing campaign.
• Good understanding of advertising creative work, like graphic design, filming and photography production.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts possibly from different industries
• A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance work on several projects at a time.
• Good team-working skills.
