Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals
Provide timely updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Project Development
Coordinate branding projects from briefing to execution
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Relationship Building
Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving
Business DevelopmentIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings
Support revenue growth through strategic account management
Budget & Timeline Oversight
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure profitability and efficiency
Flag potential risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track
Quotation & Proposal Preparation
Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs
Prepare competitive quotations that reflect project scope and value
Present proposals professionally and ensure timely delivery
Contract Drafting & Management
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to draft service contracts
Ensure contracts accurately reflect scope, payment terms, timelines, and responsibilities
Track contract progress and manage amendments as needed
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in branding, advertising, or creative industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
Excellent in English
