Role
Project owner - acts as the key contact between client and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from brief to delivery. Providing effective service to all clients assigned and managing each account (client) professionally and profitably
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Understand client business and brand guidelines to provide strategic support.
Oversee timelines, quality checks, reporting, budgeting.
Stimulating creative, media, production... and other personnel to do their best for clients through praise, objective evaluation, constructive criticism, realistic deadlines, etc
Negotiating with clients, suppliers and agency concerning project details and costs;
Monitor project cost and ensure profitability.
Being on the alert to problems and opportunities, both for the agency and clients
Supervise and support
Account Executives' growth.
Doing billing and income forecasts and checking monthly actual versus forecast
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in advertising/creative agencies.
Solid digital knowledge; ATL experience is a plus.
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques - including digital platforms
The ability to manage execution plans in a timely manner with keen attention to detail and KPI.
