Main Task:
Follow up billing to clients and payment for vendors.
Scan & filling documents such as signed contract, liquidation.....
Prepare paperwork to assist Finance team with Tax Department, external/internal audit....
Support admin team to handle accommodation, visa, tickets, car, etc.... for customers, visitors & staffs travel at the most reasonable costs and timely manner for approval.
In charge logistic to support sports business team.
Willing to travel on business trip if needed.
Assist on admin/ad-hoc tasks for Admin Team & Sport business team.
REQUIREMENTS
Commitment of a 6 months internship fulltime starting date (Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM -17:30PM)
Fresh graduates in Administration/Accounting or related fields (Students who are waiting for testamur are welcomed)
Extra-curricular activities in marketing or event organization is a big plus
English fluency
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Especially Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication
Willing to work overtime is necessary
