What will you do?
Accountant Reconciliation:
- Review daily reconciliation tools, proactively identify system errors or operational errors of the operation team, coordinate with related departments to handle errors.
- Check supplier invoices, coordinate with the purchasing department to claim for cases of incorrect price calculation.
- Record cost of goods sold based on actual invoices and monthly cost of goods sold accruals.
Vietnam Tax:
- Collect, check and process invoices and vouchers.
- Prepare quarterly declarations (VAT, PIT) and pay taxes if applicable.
- Record monthly tax books periodically.
- Organize and store invoices and vouchers in a scientific and easy-to-find manner.
- Prepare annual financial statements including: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to Financial Statements.
- Prepare annual tax settlement including: corporate income tax settlement.
- Work directly with the tax authorities when necessary.
Global Tax:
- Support leaders in preparing annual tax plans for companies.
- Coordinate with the reconciliation department to prepare separate financial statements for each company in US, Singapore, UK.
- Provide reports and information to tax agencies for annual reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Finance - Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Prioritize candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word. Experience with Odoo accounting software is an advantage.
- Prioritize candidates with experience working with technology products, e-wallets, e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Have the ability to analyze, synthesize and report.
- Be able to work independently under high pressure.
- Situation handling and problem solving skills.
- Good English.
- Experience in tax accounting is a plus.
