Handle daily general ledger operations in compliance with VAS and Group accounting policies.

Prepare journal entries, review expense claims, maintain AP/AR records.
负责凭证录入、费用审核、应收应付记录维护。
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; perform cross-border reconciliation.
编制月、季、年度财务报表,并与新加坡及中国团队对账。
Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and complete management reports required by HQ.
确保月结及时准确,按总部要求输出管理报表。
Track vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, manage payment schedules.
跟进供应商发票、核对单据、管理付款计划。
Monitor AR aging and coordinate with China and Singapore teams for collection updates.
跟进应收账龄,与中国及新加坡团队汇报收款进度。
Ensure proper approval workflow aligned with Group policies.
管理内部审批流程,确保符合集团制度。
Summarize daily cash and bank balances and submit cash flow reports to HQ.
汇总每日现金与银行余额,提交总部现金流日报。
Assist in multi-currency fund transfers (VND / USD / SGD).
协助跨币种资金划转(VND、USD、SGD 等)。
Coordinate with banks on account opening, e-banking access, and compliance documents.
协调银行开户、网银权限、合规文件等事宜。
Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, PIT filings in accordance with Vietnam regulations.
按越南法规编制并申报增值税、企业所得税、个人所得税。
Support tax inspections and audits when required.
配合税务稽查及相关审计工作。
Work with external accounting firms to ensure legal compliance.
与外部会计师事务所沟通,确保税务合规。
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and cost breakdowns for Singapore HQ.
按照新加坡总部格式准备管理报表、财务分析和成本明细。
Support standardization and digitalization of Group finance processes.
支持集团财务流程标准化与数字化建设。
Liaise with China Mainland team on supply chain documents, costing, and reconciliation.
与中国大陆团队协作处理供应链单据、成本核算与财务对账。
Conduct bilingual communication (Chinese & English) for reporting and coordination.
使用中文与英文进行跨团队沟通与工作汇报。
