VDL ETG Vietnam is a Netherlands-based export processing manufacturing company. As we continue to grow, we are looking for 01 member to join our Accounting team.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Record and update fixed asset data: acquisition, allocation, transfer, and disposal.
- Perform periodic physical asset verification and ensure compliance with EPE/customs regulations.
- Prepare and process payment transactions accurately and timely.
- Handle daily pat processes including cash, bank transfers, and online platforms.
- Verify payment supporting documents in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and monitor outstanding balances.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain payment records.
- Support periodic financial audits and provide payment/cash flow reports as requested.
- Prepare internal report as company's requirement.
- Maintain proper documentation for accounting, tax, and audit purposes.
- Other jobs assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu
- University & above graduated in Accounting/Finance/Auditing.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience working with ERP system is must
- Experience working with EPE company is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with customs procedures, import/export tracking, and EPE asset declarations.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards
- Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Honest, integrity, trustworthy, critical thinking, hardworking, ability to work with tight timelines and challenges
*Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday, including 1-hour lunch break)
