Job Purpose:
1. Provide and monitor the quantity of input - output - inventory, maximum error rate for inventory.
2. Ensure quantity and quality of goods for livestock production
3. Ensure raw materials are suitable for the livestock production process.
4. Monitor income, expenses and debts monthly
Key Responsibilities:
**Warehouse Accountant:
- Update raw material import and export data at hatcheries and meat farms
- Periodically inventory and record data according to procedures
- Weekly and monthly revenue reports
- Sales invoice report
- Management of tools and equipment
- Prepare internal cost reports according to the day of the month, after the LinkQ cost calculation sheet has been finished.
And some other reports that were asked by the department head
***Accounting payment:
- Revenue management: Cash collection: Debt collection, daily financial collection; Monitor bank deposits; Monitoring customer debt; Urging debt recovery.
- Cost management: Make weekly payment plans with suppliers; Perform payment operations with suppliers such as reconciling debts, receiving invoices, approving payment slips...; Track progress.
- Control cashier activities: Directly receive relevant documents from the finance department; Check the accuracy of the document
- Supervise cash fund management: Combine with revenue and expenditure finances in accordance with regulations; Reconcile and check fund balance at the end of the day; print the cash book for the Board of Directors to check monthly; Close documents according to arising operations in order of storage and preservation time.
